Same rules as everything else
When public general hauling opens, manual account approval is one prerequisite for bidding. The built flow would ask the shipper's card issuer for a temporary authorization at booking. It is not a completed charge or a guarantee of payment and can expire. If it remains valid, Stripe is asked to capture after delivery — on confirmation or after the disclosed response window unless a dispute is open. If it expires or capture fails, another payment step is required. Payout begins only after successful capture.
