The hauler did not show up. What now?
Short answer
Public shipper accounts and load posting are waitlisted. There are no live loads today. Cancel the booking. If the pickup window has passed and the load was never collected, that costs you nothing — then post the load again to take fresh bids.
Cancel the booking. If the posted pickup window has ended and the load has not been collected, no charge applies and the hold on your card is released.
Cancelling ends that load for good, and the bids you did not accept ended when you accepted one. Posting it again takes a minute and puts it back in front of the same haulers — the pricing page says the same thing, because it is the same fact.
HaulHand does not dispatch or assign anybody, and we cannot compel a hauler to appear. What we can do is make sure a no-show does not cost you money.
If the hauler had already set off and you are not sure the window has passed, the cancellation screen shows the exact amount before you confirm anything.
