The hauler did not show up. What now?
Cancel the booking. If the posted pickup window has ended and the load has not been collected, no charge applies and the hold on your card is released.
Cancelling ends that load for good, and the bids you did not accept ended when you accepted one. Posting it again takes a minute and puts it back in front of the same haulers — the pricing page says the same thing, because it is the same fact.
HaulHand does not dispatch or assign anybody, and we cannot compel a hauler to appear. What we can do is make sure a no-show does not cost you money.
If the hauler had already set off and you are not sure the window has passed, the cancellation screen shows the exact amount before you confirm anything.
Get in early
HaulHand is open and it is new — some days there are loads on the board and some days there are none, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Tell us what you move and where you run, and we will tell you when your corridor is busy.
