When do I get paid?

If the authorization remains valid, Stripe is asked to capture after delivery — when the shipper confirms it or, if the shipper does not respond or open a dispute, after the disclosed response window. Payout begins only after successful capture.

The authorization requested at booking is temporary. A card authorization is temporary and can expire or be released before delivery. It is not a completed charge or a guarantee of payment. If it expires or capture fails, another payment step is required. An open dispute blocks capture while it is open but does not extend that authorization.

You receive exactly what you bid. HaulHand's fee is charged to the shipper on top of your number, not deducted from it, so the booking transfer into your connected Stripe balance equals your bid.

Before a shipper can book you, HaulHand must freshly confirm that Stripe allows booking transfers into your connected Stripe balance. That status does not prove how Stripe can pay out the balance. An explicit check on the Payouts page records the normalized category Stripe reports for standard USD bank destinations and its configured payout schedule. Debit-card destinations, destination ownership or condition, payout arrival timing, and payout success remain unchecked.

An open dispute blocks the charge, and so blocks the payout, until it is settled.
