When do I get paid?
Your payout is scheduled the moment the shipper's card is charged, which happens after they confirm the load arrived.
If the shipper does not respond, the charge completes on its own once the confirmation window closes. You are not dependent on them remembering.
You receive exactly what you bid. HaulHand's fee is charged to the shipper on top of your number, not deducted from it, so the figure you bid is the figure that reaches your account.
Money reaches you through Stripe, which needs your business and bank details before it can send anything. That setup lives under Settings → Payouts and is worth finishing before you win a load rather than after.
An open dispute blocks the charge, and so blocks the payout, until it is settled.
Get in early
HaulHand is open and it is new — some days there are loads on the board and some days there are none, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Tell us what you move and where you run, and we will tell you when your corridor is busy.
